situational reports, monthly activity report, newsletter, articles,
drafting & review disaster documents, Conducting Community Based
Disaster Reduction and Management, (CBDRM)–Training/ Capacity Building
Programme with Community Trust Fund, (CTF) Tsunami Team, Sri Lanka. In
addition to this assignment, I am also working

Disaster Recovery, Livelihood Restoration Programme with CBDRM approach

I conducted an in-depth/
comprehensive study/research on impact of Super Cyclone-1999, (mainly
spectrum of socio-economic/ environmental impacts) on Orissa, India and
prepared a timeline report on two hundred years of cyclonic events &
warning system of Orissa. I was analyzing the entire data, prepared and
presented final research report as per assignment guidelines. The Whole
project was conducted under my direct supervision, guidance
and coordination. During study period, our team conducted several CBDRM
and Early warning system awareness and training programme among the
Super Cyclone-99, affected communities. |
